Verzenden & Retouren
VERZENDEN
Wij proberen uw bestelling binnen 2-3 werkdagen te verzenden. Indien we niet in staat zijn de bestelde artikelen te leveren dan laten we dit zo spoedig mogelijk weten.
VERZENDKOSTEN EN LEVERCONDITIES
Verzenden binnen Nederland geschiedt via PostNL. Het kan zijn dat een bestelling in meerdere pakketjes is opgedeeld. Indien meerdere orders zijn geplaatst op eenzelfde adres en hetzelfde account dan kan het zijn dat deze orders worden gecombineerd, tenzij anders aangevraagd.
VERKEERD ADRES, NIET ONTVANGEN BESTELLINGEN EN RETOUREN
Indien de producten naar een verkeerd adres zijn verstuurd en weer bij ons zijn geretourneerd, dan betaald u alleen de verzendkosten. We zullen de aanschaf waarde van de artikelen terug storten. Indien goederen niet zijn aangekomen, neem dan contact met ons op.
Indien u uw bestelling wilt retourneren, betaald u de retour kosten. Wij zullen alleen de aanschaf waarde van de geretourneerde artikelen terugstorten.
Uiteraard hopen we dat u tevreden bent over ons product en dat het bovenstaande niet nodig is.

Wij verschepen over de gehele wereld.
DOUANE
Voor orders die verstuurd worden buiten Nederland dient u de douane regels van uw land in acht te nemen en te consulteren. Derycke is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerbelasting, broker fees en verlate ontvangst door douaneafhandeling.
RETOUREN & GARANTIE
- Exchanged or returned goods need to be in their original state and package. Used, damaged, stained, or any other condition (incl.: odor), which would prevent goods to be resold as new, cannot be returned nor exchanged
- Items on sale cannot be returned
- Shipping costs and any other cost incurred due to returns or exchanges are at the clients charge
- Derycke BV can not and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return or exchange shipping
- All returned and exchanged goods are evaluated on resale-ability and/or authenticity of the claim in case of defect or error on dispatched goods
- Returns and exchanges can only be requested and performed on purchases made from the Derycke-store.com online store.
Steps to follow:
- Fill in a “RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST” and send it back by mail to contact@derycke-store.com. [DOWNLOAD]
- We will evaluate and confirm your request by email (note that a final acceptance can only be guaranteed after evaluation of the goods upon receipt, see step 4).

- Upon receipt we will evaluate the goods for resale-ability and/or authenticity of the claim.
- In case the request is accepted we will dispatch the exchange goods or pay your refund ASAP. If after evaluation the claim is rejected, we will resend the goods at your charge upon request.
YOUR ORDER DOES NOT MATCH WHAT YOU RECEIVED
In case we accidentally dispatched wrong references and/or wrong sizes, we will gladly exchange these for the correct ones. If the correct goods are no longer available, you can either choose another item, which is in stock -with the same price as the one on the original order-, or ask for a refund. In case of a refund we will repay all charges (incl. all shipping costs).
Derycke B.V. cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.
YOU RECEIVED DEFFECTIVE GOODS
In very rare cases a defect can occur on goods we dispatch, we apologize up-front and we will gladly exchange or refund the goods in question. All defects must occur at moment of reception of the goods.
If the same goods are no longer available for exchange, you can either choose another item, which is in stock -with same price as the one on the original order-, or ask for a refund. In case of refund we will repay all charges (including all shipping costs).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.
QUALITY CONTROL
All Derycke B.V. products are tested on several quality points during the production process. A second quality check is performed at arrival in our warehouse. A third check (mainly on color and fabric quality) is performed before we dispatch the goods to our clients. This process guarantees top quality of our products.
